DHA EARLY LEARNING CENTRE is a twenty-two-year-old private educational institution, located in one of the best areas of DHA Karachi, Phase 8, close to Creek City and Nueplex. It has been catering to children from Nursery Level to Grade 8 for these many years, and is proud to have retained the confidence of the parent community through all these years, including the difficult and challenging Covid period.

Deeply Aligned with the UK National Curriculum and Cambridge Pathway
At DHA Early Learning Centre (DHA ELC), our curriculum architecture is intentionally mapped against the UK National Curriculum (EYFS–Key Stage 3) and the Cambridge Primary and Lower Secondary frameworks, culminating in preparation for the Cambridge O Level pathway. The programme emphasises conceptual understanding, assessment for/of/as learning, metacognition, and social-emotional development to ensure students are academically robust and future ready.

Pre-Nursery to KG (EYFS-Aligned Early Years Programme)

Grades I to 4
The focus is on developing foundational skills, critical thinking and creativity
English Language: Reading Comprehension, Grammar and Sentence Structure
Mathematics: Number Recognition, Counting, Place value, Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication & Division: Fractions & Decimals (Grades 3-4)
Science: Living & Non-Living things, Human Body, Seasons, Plants, Animals, Earth, Sun, Moon, States of Matter, Simple Machines
Social Studies: My Country, Community, Continents, Oceans, Early civilizations.
Urdu: Alphabets, Word formation, Sentences, Simple stories, Poems, Reading & Comprehension,
Islamic Studies/Moral Education: Basic Islamic Teachings, The Prophets, Good conduct, Short Surahs and Duas. Pillars of Islam (Grades 3-4 in depth)
Arts & Crafts/ Music
Physical Education/Health and Hygiene are supported through life-saving skills such as Swimming and Taekwondo, as well as other games and team sports.

Grades 5 to 8
Our middle and high school program follows the CIE framework and leads to the O Level qualification. The curriculum is designed to develop skills such as problem-solving, creativity, communication and ethics. A range of activities outside the classroom support students’ all-round development.
O Level subjects such as Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, lead to the ability of students to determine the direction they would like to take in their professional lives. Subjects that are compulsory for all, are English, Urdu, Islamiyat and Pakistan Studies.
In 2025 the school is offering extremely cost-effective Grade 9 classes that will cater to all necessary competencies/requirements for O level Exam preparation as Private Candidates. Individual attention, academic development and exam preparation will be provided by teachers during regular school hours. Swimming Program
At DHA Early Learning Centre (DHA ELC), swimming is recognised as an essential life skill that supports both safety and holistic development. Our structured swimming programme helps students build water confidence, physical fitness, and discipline from an early age.
Our in-house swimming pool offers a safe, closely supervised environment where students learn and practise swimming techniques under the guidance of trained instructors. With temperature-controlled water and year-round access, the facility supports skill progression, recreational enjoyment, and healthy physical activity.

Taekwondo – Building Discipline and Confidence
DHA ELC’s Taekwondo programme empowers students with practical self-defence skills while strengthening focus, resilience, and self-discipline.
